Garland ISD requires all volunteers to complete a volunteer application prior to volunteering on campus each year. It only takes a few minutes. Complete yours today!

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved!  Your help is needed!

Membership Committee:  Grow our PTA family! Lead our membership drive by encouraging parents to join and stay connected. You’ll track and organize member information and welcome new families into the fold. Sign up here!

Hospitality Committee: Show our teachers and staff some love! Plan and coordinate luncheons, treat days, and appreciation events throughout the year to celebrate and support our amazing educators and staff. Sign up here!

Bronco Bros Committee:  Get the guys involved! Encourage dads, granddads, uncles, and other male role models to volunteer and show up for the students. Great for someone passionate about strong community support. Sign up here!

Environmental Committee: Keep our garden growing! Organize campus cleanups monthly, recycling drives, Earth Day events and other eco-friendly activities that teach students the value of taking care of our campus. Sign up here!

Arts in Education Committee: Inspire creativity in every child! Lead fun and engaging arts-based activities like art night and the Reflections program to promote self-expression and creative growth in our students. Sign up here!

Herfurth Cares Committee: Build a stronger, kinder community! Create and coordinate service opportunities for students and families—like donation drives, kindness campaigns, and community partnerships—to make a positive impact both inside and outside our school. Sign up here!

Fundraising Committee: Fuel our programs and events! Research and coordinate fundraisers and sponsorships, spirit nights and help spread the word with approved flyers and signups. Every dollar raised helps fund enriching experiences for our students. Sign up here!

Yearbook Committee: Capture the moments that matter! Help document the school year by attending events, snapping photos, and designing the yearbook using an easy online platform. You'll also share flyers and help with yearbook sales and distribution at the end of the year. Sign up here!

Spirit Committee:  Bring the Bronco spirit! Organize monthly birthday celebrations with Brody Bronco and help sell spirit wear to build school pride and excitement. Sign up here!

Volunteer Committee:  Connect helpers to where they’re needed most! Help organize and communicate with classroom and event volunteers. You’ll send occasional emails and make sure our amazing parent volunteers are where they’re needed. Sign up here!
